No, we should be getting them *automatically* registered when they get a driver's license or photo ID at the DMV. #MotorVoter
And plain photo IDs (not licenses) should be free, so it does not become a #PollTax.

Only 17 states have automatic #voterregistration via their DMV. Most states have #MotorVoter laws, but for those w/o driver licenses (age/disability/finances) such laws do not help. Nor do they have the ability to get to the few remaining polling places.

#Motorvoter with reports from ferries, trains, air port staff I’d be told how many would arrive where. Then I’d asked for #MotorVoters to collect them & drive them to where they needed to vote.
The actions drove a big turn out for young adult’s & excitement & we won all 3. Happy to share info ❤️

I encourage drivers to convert to the new Real ID by May 7, as well as obtain a passport. It is also a good time to get registered to vote. The #MotorVoter law mandates you are asked if you would like to register.
