After needing a change of clothes following a “slipping and falling in the pool incident”, he came across it in the shop in Leeves, when an extra coat was sent to the shop by mistake

DRAWING UPDATE: Deep Sea Tycho is striking up a dapper and gentlemanly pose for the cover of New Arcadia’s first hard hat diving magazine! I’m also gonna have this be a two for one special, with the dialogue mentioning the Poker Night remaster!
