Dr. House's oncologist buddy Wilson (Robert Sean Leonard) has his pathos levels cranked up to 11 like Nigel from #SpinalTap, but it 100% works for this scene & #film.
The tone and vibe of this #movie are flawlessly calibrated & tonally pitch-perfect. It's exuberant!

No doubt bc Kenneth Branagh had, at this point, spent almost 15 years treading the boards & so had a real feel for the stage-nature of these positionings.
