Manor ISD trustees approve contract-abandonment finding, three administrative hires and consent agenda Trustees unanimously approved a contract-abandonment finding for Destiny Clark, hired Jolan Ibarra (director, special assignment) and Dinora De La Torre (director, multilingual services), and passed the consent agenda; all recorded motions passed by 7-0.

Manor ISD trustees made pivotal decisions at their Dec. 15 meeting, including the unanimous approval of a controversial contract-abandonment finding and the hiring of two key administrators.
