I was looking at the #MyRadar app I use a lot and turned on the #earthquake layer because I heard west #Texas had some activity. I couldn't believe how much our world is trembling. A lot of 2.0 to 4.0 everywhere, some areas would churn milk into butter. Something is happening.
Imagine being a weather app asking your users to invest in tech that harms the climate.

Thank you @panda-news.bsky.social - I saw the weather app that came with my #apple #iphone had Gulf of Mexico incorrectly labeled. The #MyRadar app however has it correct. I deleted the other, now just use MyRadar #resist #act #share

BTW, the weather app I used to visualize the wind patterns above, is called the #MyRadar app.
Highly recommend.

I have to clean up the UI but I’ve got most of my weather API comparison stuff set up. For now, I’m just measuring forecasted highs and lows against actual readings for the #myradar, #tomorrow.io, and #onpoint APIs. Might branch out to more measurements and APIs at some point. #wx
