First Saturday I did not have a race or Coach a Track Meet since January! So I slept in (for me) and then got up and headed out on a long run, and then when I got back, #MyYoungKing asked me to workout, so we headed to the home gym and worked upper body.

Celebrating #MyYoungKing turning 11 today! Feeling INCREDIBLY grateful, I did my Tempo Training Run and feel like I am peaking at just the right time. In the next couple of weeks I have 5 days of Racing that will be a total of 65.8 miles!
