Just an update... it finished whatever it was doing about 18:37:26 Z and headed back to Martin (MTN) to what I am going to guess was a refuel stop. It's back up in the air now, heading SW, I'm guessing back to Manassas where it started the day from. #ICE #CBP #Baltimore #Maryland #Dundalk #N6798
