Probably, whilst our Cessna 310 never carried a military identity, this colour scheme was chose by our volunteers a while back & is based on a genuine USAF unit & airframe markings!
Sadly changes to VOC regulations means that paint specs are not what they once were!!

Here’s progress photo of the #NAMspruceUp work on our #Cessna as more of its 'Blue Canoe' top coat colour scheme get applied, along with extra primer!

Great to see that our #Tucano #ZF372 has been receiving some great #NAMspruceUp attention in #NAMHangar2 - what wonderful volunteers we have!
Thanks for posting our #TG517 currently part way through its spring #NAMspruceUp
The cabin windows are open on our Lynx helicopter as it benefits from a spring breeze to help blow away a few cobwebs during its ongoing restoration work.

Layers of wintery grime have been cleaned off the white fuselage upper surfaces of our Handley Page Hastings four engine transport aircraft that first flew in the Berlin Airlift after World War Two.
Great to see that some more #NAMspruceUp work has been undertaken on our Berlin Airlift veteran HP Hastings #TG517 - we still have some of the more challenging fuselage sections to tackle.
Unlocking the site this morning and it’s great to see that some #NAMspruceUp work has been completed on #Hastings #TG517

Incredible patience; not quite in the same league but we had 'similar' fun with our #ViggenValet work a few years ago!
