Right, well #NFDad's latest plan is to write to the head or research at the Open University with a view to getting two (two!) research students to help him prepare his rock and sand collections to museum standard so that the Natural History Museum will take the collections to put them on display.

I am now very concerned that I might not see #NFDad in the flesh again. 😭

#NFDad has given me a wonderful birthday present. He noticed that I was forever swearing at my phone, and said he'd get me a new one that does what I want it to.

Last night, #NFDad got on one of his hobbyhorses, and spent far too long telling us how much better things would be in the UK once Fartrage was in charge.

I showed this to #NFDad this morning. Just the image, without the caption. And asked him where it was. He named it correctly in about 5 seconds.

It's really funny, and also if truth be told quite tiring, but #NFDad just can't stop educating. He's more than a bit deaf, so he's not so brilliant at listening, but when it comes to learning stuff, wow.
