Imo, the #NHLPlayerSafety should be ashamed of themselves for giving only 5 games to Gudas. It was a clear intention to injure . This POS is a repeat offender and is a very dangerous hockey player and everybody knows it. Nice message their giving to the players around the league.

The #NHL should NEVER penalize or suspend based on the result of the action (injury), but ALWAYS on the severity of the act. For example, 4 minutes for blood on high stick is ridiculous.
And the #NHLPlayerSafety either needs a complete revamping of its role, or to change its name.

I've re-watched several times Corey Perry's pile drive of Hughes head first into the ice.
That was an attempt to injure.
That was so much dirtier than anything Garland did, it was worse than McDavid and Myers' cross checks.
Buy Hughes wasn't hurt so nobody cares.

Minnesota Wild are a good team and tonight’s game with #canucks was good but the #wild are definitely good at taking advantage of absolutely abysmal officiating. So many blatant calls missed on both sides that led to some dangerous hits and stick work. The is no such thing as #nhlplayersafety
