Utah Mammoths (or Mammoth, I guess) would be my pick.

Using a Yeti logo for either would be cool, but Utah Hockey Club or Utah Wasatch just don't cut it as names.

For those who are confused by this agreement, the #NHL did not want Meruello double dipping by selling the team to another owner, if he decided to walk away. He was already paid $1 billion by the NHL for the Coyotes, which was then sold to the #NHLUtah owner. Meruello got a sweetheart deal.
