Seriously, its not like these vulnerable people are out on a jaunt; they have no other method of getting to the doctor.

The fact they have to travel so far is not their fault, it's not choice or extravagance, it's the government failing to properly fund the #NHX...

Streeting will tell anyone who asks that he's not privatising the NHS (he clearly is), that 'donations' (or bribes) have no influence on policy (they clearly do).
