We analyzed data from >13,200 participants in the #NIHRECOVER adult cohort. Among 4,515 followed from time of first infection we found the incidence rate of new ME/CFS was 2.66/100 person-years, compared to 0.93 in matched uninfected controls - HR 4.93.
