Officially riding CVSR’s #SteamInTheValley with #nkp765 this year. I’m hopeful there will be other excursions behind mainline Steam this year but the pickings are slim.

As a big sum-up, Steam in the Valley with friends was probably one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had in recent memory. Got to see an Alco, ride 765 for the second time, ride in a limo, and generally get to enjoy life's little things.

Occasionally I see the NKP 765, as it's based just a few miles from home. On this day it just returned from a summer of doing excurions in northeast Indiana. I took this as the engineer was backing it up to the storage shed and took the color out, #Indiana #steam #locomotive #NKP765 #NKP
