AOC’s win in 2018 is a perfect example of #NoSafeSeats. NY makes it hard to enter into a Congressional primary. You have to get a certain # of signatures just to qualify. She did the work and unseated a man who was expected to become speaker one day. Change the qualifying rules in states like NY & 👀
