In line with previous research focusing on marginalised communities - such as disabled and LGBTQ+ workers - our #NPSD2025 research reveals that Black and minoritised workers are at significantly higher risk of abuse at work.
We urge the government to strengthen the Worker Protection Act by expanding it to include all forms of gender-based violence and bring this duty under the Health and Safety Executive.
