At the same time, layered challenges exist, such as a housing market mismatch and energy poverty, more health problems, fewer young people, and aging populations. Minister Rijkaart of the Ministry of Interior and Kingdom Relations has informed the House of Representatives with a progress letter about the National Program Vital Regions (NPVR).
