I observed the #NROL69 payload (only one found so far), USA 498, earlier this evening, in a 64-degree inclined orbit not far from my search orbit.

I reinterpreted the #NROL69 launch trajectory:
instead of a dogleg into 64.4 deg inclination just after launch, insertion into 64.4 deg inclination might have happened after a ~51-52 deg inclined coasting phase with the insertion burn at the descending node an hour after launch (cont.)
