'5 exhausting years': HOA dispute over short-term rental could hit OK Supreme Court A property dispute between SilverHawk HOA and Wale Tawose over short-term rentals could come before the Oklahoma Supreme Court.

Homeowner Wale Tawose confirmed with the SilverHawk HOA in #NWOKC that short-term rentals were acceptable in the neighborhood.

But months after he started renting, the HOA told him to stop. The conflict escalated from email exchanges to legal action.
