If you’re at #Naidex today come and enjoy my talk at 3.20pm at the accessibility hub.
I’ll be talking all about blind Mum life.
Off to the #Naidex expo!
So far, my neighbourhood has not been fully accessible (bad pavements, junctions, curb cuts, etc) and the tram stops and picadilly station were ok (room for improvement).
But train staff helped me find a spot in the bike carriage where I could sit near my rollator.

Been a good day at #Naidex. Didn’t go to as many of the speeches as I thought I would, but basically feel like I have been chatting non-stop to people in the #Neurodivergence and #Disability communities alike, some which I hardly ever see in person. Also: great fidgets haul👇
Looking forward to going to Naidex tomorrow. We'll be popping in on Ridley Electronics on H160, who feature in our latest issue (p12) showing their access controls for door and window opening.
You can register at www.naidex.co.uk if you've not already. #naidex
