In the #AccusatoryCriminalJusticeSystem, article 386 of the Mexican #NationalCodeOfCriminalProcedure allows the reproduction of witness statements with mental disorders through reading in court.

This exception respects the principles of immediacy, contradiction and Procedural Equality.
