In 2018 the Second Circuit Court of Appeals found the use of sound cannons (LRADs) to quell protests can be considered EXCESSIVE FORCE.
Yet again, Minnesota officers betray our courts and trample the rights of American citizens by using LRADs against non-violent protesters.
