The United Steelworkers are everywhere in forestry. They’re a union I keep close, to provide insight into what’s worked and what hasn’t. 

We’ve made a lot of progress together. Now we need to use the groundwork laid as a launch pad.

Day 3 at the #NaturalResourcesForum. Yesterday I met with as many people as possible to discuss everything from forestry to IP & innovation, from renewable energy to indigenous economic development. Grateful for the conversations and looking forward to continuing our work together.

Day 2 at the #NaturalResourcesForum! Through my one-on-one meetings and visiting the trade show yesterday, I was able to connect with many of our natural resource partners operating throughout BC. I look forward to working closely with them to ensure this sector is well supported.
