I truly mean it when I say that nothing I've ever done has ever meant as much to me, creatively and community wise, than the Nature Art Party. I cannot even put into words what it means that every time, people come back.

A "diagram" of speculations on Maulstache adaptations for stretching. Similar to the mouth of a baleen whale, nerves and arteries are coiled or bundled up, so when the relevant area stretches they uncoil to avoid rupturing.
Well, here's my very low effort #natureartparty stuff to cap off the #Fishfest. Very nice, very enjoyable, very fun, very fish.

Ardbert Hylfyst: Alright- this is where we can stop. Take a moment- settle in. Let me tell you a story. Ardbert Hylfyst: It’s a story of a lonely child. The only child born on an island so small, the local priest had to learn to be a teacher to make up for a lack of schools. A child of absent soldiers- raised on stories of how when family dies, they return as sharks. A child that combed the beaches and watched the hammerheads bask in the heat of the sun. Ardbert Hylfyst: Kholusia is a land forged in stories. It’s no surprise it forges people out of them, too. All it takes it stories, to fill a child’s head with dreams of a world so much bigger than he could ever imagine. Adventure- magic- you know it all, I’m sure. The dream of it all. The promise of it- a world to see, and with every step, you can promise back. To make it better with every step. Ardbert Hylfyst: That’s- the thing, about stories. They’re strong, shifting things. They’ve a power of their own. A life of their own. They live in our voices and lives like some strange sot of mirror. You can see it, here, all around you. The desperation of the people. The fear of the end. The way a hammerhead’s reincarnation becomes stained with blood.
Ardbert Hylfyst: …But- well. There’s an invisible side to it, isn’t there? There can’t be stories without voices to share them. There can’t be folklore without the folks who come back together, over and over, to tell their tales. In their darkest hour- the people told stories. Grim ones, aye- but stories, still. They breathe, they change. They’ll change again. Ardbert Hylfyst: Look, I- what I’m trying to say, anyway- is that it’s not over. That child from the island painted this world in white. His story will forever speak louder than the voice of the ghost left behind. But - here you all are. Here Kholusia is. Here are the sharks- and the blood is washing away. Ardbert Hylfyst: Last time, I asked you all to promise me something. I’m going to ask it of you again. And next time- I’ll ask it again, and again. Be there. The next time the story shifts- be there. Be there, so the next voice tells it kinder. Ardbert Hylfyst: Breathe the air. Feel the wind. It’s nice, isn’t it? How it makes the whole world feel real. Like you’re here- despite it all. So sit, for a while. Close your eyes. Let the world tell you its story.
