It's great to see this scheme finally going ahead. In 2020, together with Councillor Yemi Adenuga, we called on Meath County Council to provide safe cycle lanes here. The Dublin Road is a vital section of the #NavanCycleNetwork and will link many parts of the town and bring lots of benefits.

This was supposed to start construction in June, having gone to tender in late April, but no sign of any work starting yet. We have requested an update.

This will be a flagship scheme of the #NavanCycleNetwork

The new Beechmount to Balreask Manor Scheme (B2BM) is now open for Public Consultation.

This is the second consultation for the B2BM scheme after an emerging preferred route non-statutory public consultation was held in late 2023 #NavanCycleNetwork

Good news – the R147 Martha’s Bridge to Circular Road Scheme is due to commence construction in Q3 2025. The final design is now complete and the tender process will begin in Q2.

Located on the main road into Navan, this is seen as the flagship scheme of the #NavanCycleNetwork
