Arthur County borders my home county, Hooker, on the southwest. I’m glad we got snow up here last night but my Nebraska Sandhills remains a tinder box. Ugh! 😬🤦‍♀️

Mom and I are lucky so far in Hooker County. Much of the area decimated in the image posted by @drjeffmasters.bsky.social is in Garden County. My concern beyond the ranches out there is Crescent Lake Wildlife Refuge which was built by the CCC during the Great Depression. Just ugh! 🥺😳
