Nephrologist (moi) ordered sequential nephron block with Dapagliflozin+Furosemide IV+ Metolazone + Tolvaptan.

Day after, px’s UO> 4L, was off HFNC, (-) DOB, crea decreased to 2.2, BUN decreased, electrolytes normal except for mild hypoK
