I won't put music or non-ambient sound on my content, because I want everyone to be able to absorb whatever I'm putting out. Different sensory needs are such an important factor in making life more than merely tolerable for many of us. Low light, minimalist environments, quiet, and only authentic conversation, without the need for any masking, can make such a difference to many of us. Of course, if it's "our" music, blasting at ear-shattering volumes, we can focus, but what "our" music is varies from person to person.
