I thought the slight waver Nabi did with Jae Eon's hand when she saw PB was perhaps a hint at a change, but nope, she just grabs his hand firmly and bounds forward in her ignorance.

Nabi and JaeEon did not have a happy ending. She admitted that Jae Eon would not make her happy, and that even during the final kiss scene stated that she would live to regret it. There was even a slight waver in the handholding when she saw PB in last scene.
