An observation, since I started the lab, I have #reviewed and sat through around #12 #study #sections. One thing I have noticed is that on average #ESI & #NewPIs grants easy/better to read as they give better details on the approach, outcomes, and alternatives.

Leadership isn’t innate—it’s learned. 🧠 Most #NewPIs haven’t been trained for this part of the job.

✔ Read widely on management.
✔ Practice daily with your team.

(Also, for the #NewPIs out there - this was pandemic work from an MSc student who subsequently graduated and got a non-ac job. It took me years to finalize and get it out into the world. You can get those papers out! Slow and steady gets the job done)
