#NewmansLaw: Tough-but-clean cop framed as dirty by the mob; cop must prove his own innocence.
The story is threadbare, but this is still a solid police drama thanks to Peppard's cool (but not slick) demeanor and colorful supporting characters. There's enough action to sustain interest, too.
