REGENT presentation by Billy Thalheimer at #NewportGlobalSummit got me thinking about emerging reversal in #dual_use technology. They used new technologies to develop sea gliders which could fill transport needs (getting to vacation sites and urban hubs) & from that defense applications emerged.
