Personally, I am in favour of having a age requirements before entering politics. Like at least old enough to have had a job and maybe even raised a family. This would disqualify PP and Jason Kenney.

It's time to retire the seniors and career politicians.

Career politicians don't know what it's like for us after living in DC for 20+ years, and seniors have no stake in long-term decisions and thus nothing to lose.
