A satirical cartoon titled “Know Your ICE Agent” by Tom the Dancing Bug compares an ICE agent and a criminal kidnapper. Both figures are nearly identical—wearing gaiter masks, carrying military-grade weapons, lacking identification or uniforms, and standing beside unmarked vehicles while wearing camo pants labeled “from Walmart.” The cartoon mockingly notes that if your abductor is an ICE agent, you must obey and comply, but if it’s a kidnapper, you can fight for your life. At the bottom, a fake ICE message says: “Don’t call us Trump’s Secret Police. (It’s a secret!).”
It’s terrifying that this even needs to be said, when armed men in unmarked vehicles with no ID roam our streets, how do we tell law enforcement from lawless thugs?
This isn’t “security.” It’s state-sponsored fear. 💔
