Trump and India's Modi split over U.S. role in Pakistan ceasefire President Donald Trump and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi continue to butt heads over whether or not the U.S. played a part in a ceasefire with Pakistan.

He tried to insert himself as deal maker in the India/Pakistan deescalation talks, Modi was not having it.
No fear of insulting the US because with Trump in charge, the USA is not the power broker they would be under any other President.
