Today, the US DOJ is expected to publish an interim final rule that turns the Board of Immigration Appeals from into a discretionary one, making summary dismissal the default outcome for most appeals. The rule effectively makes immigration judges’ rulings final immediately. #NoRights

So as I look on at this moment I see no rights what soever. I have seen no real ramifications by the judiciary. If you refuse entry they come in anyway. If you use force to defend yourself they will kill you. The judges strongly worded letter really isn't doing much for you then.
