I'm consoling myself over not going to #NoirCityChicago tonight by buying tickets and booking a hotel for #NoirCityPhiladelphia in November at the Colonial Theatre. I might try for DC but I just don't have a 4hr drive in me. I need one of those sprinter vans w/a driver like they use on Housewives.😂
#NoirCityPhiladelphia was pretty wonderful. I'm not a foreign film chick bc I find it difficult to live tweet & watch at the same time. But I enjoy them when watching in a theater. I'd only seen two of the films on the schedule. It's always fun to see films for the first time on the big screen.
At #NoirCityPhiladelphia, watching the legendary heist film The Asphalt Jungle, & chuckling to myself waiting for Marilyn to say “banana head.”
