Homemade thin pasta noodles. Five bunches on a metal baking sheet.

I made homemade thin pasta noodles. The noodles turned out well. The dish, was delicious. I'm pretty upset that my sauce didn't emulsify properly and split. Flavor? Great. Texture? Not the best. The dish was pasta al limone. I need to practice making the sauce.
