Trump administration hands over Medicaid recipients' personal data, including addresses, to ICE ICE officials will be given access to 79 million Medicaid recipients' personal data, including home addresses, to track down immigrants who may not be living legally in the U.S., according to an agreement obtained by The Associated Press.

Now even being on Medicaid puts you at risk. ICE may get access to your personal data—citizen or immigrant.
This, while most immigrants aren’t even eligible for Medicaid because of documentation restrictions.

I received a Fulbright to study race in Brazil—research that became my first book, Race on the Move and led to tenure. This year, finalists with DEI proposals were rejected. Had I applied now, I’d likely be denied.
