Amazing day today at Manchester Half Marathon. Managed a PB of 2:00:55 - will get that sub 2 next time 🤞🏻

Grateful to this sport for pushing me to be my best and the headspace it provides me on those hard PhD days.

Clinic day today recruiting for my interview study. Possibly one of my favourite parts of research - direct contact with the patients whose lives we're trying to improve.

When I started work at 5am this morning I did it with the plan that I could be home, in the garden for a 2-3 hour #PhD session. Right now I am pretty glad of that decision ☀️ #NurseResearcher #CGT #Balance #CareHomeResearch #Sunshine #EarlyStart #PhDLife #Charmaz
