#Nycthemeral #timing which must be analyzed to measure the #circadian misalignment in clinical & research settings, is only explored by the #Munich #Chronotype Questionnaire, but that instrument does not evaluate #circadian amplitude & stability and only partially assesses nycthemeral #regularity.
