Stede made him some tea and toast for breakfast, and Ed had a little of it, but he didn’t have much of an appetite. Stede drew the curtains and tucked the covers snugly around Ed, and Ed didn’t feel that much better, but it did help a little bit. He told Stede if he needed to go and do things, he could, but Stede wasn’t keen to leave Ed. Still, he did have a few errands to run, so he promised he would hurry and be back soon. Stede gave Ed a kiss on the forehead and then scurried off. While on his errands, Stede decided to go his friend Roach’s cafe and picked up some yummy and soul-warming soup for Ed. (Roach, funnily enough, was not a cockroach. He was a human. Imagine if he was a roach, and that just because he was a roach his name was Roach!) When Stede returned, Ed was grumbling in his bed. He was still feeling rather blech and on top of that he was starting to feel quite eurgh”
