Today we held a collection for One Great Hour of Sharing.

During the Sunday School hour, the children got to put their donations in a special bank that was designed and built by members of the congregation. A good time was had by all and we raised money for a really great cause!

Meet Uma! My eighth #EmotionalSupportChicken, she was created for a silent auction at our church for our One Great Hour of Sharing fundraiser. Tonight she went home with a wonderful woman who was instrumental in our starting up a food pantry 6 years ago.

One Great Hour of Sharing fish bank: cardboard foldable bank, a fish in rainbow colors.

Ok I can’t hold it in any longer: the One Gre@t H0ur of $haring offering is coming up, and as always, we have the wonderful fish banks. Our media team announced to me that they’re using theirs as a swear jar. I fully expect it to be the largest single donation of 2025.
