Every reason Trump’s a traitor to America. It says: Article III section 3 of the constitution states “Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort” he gave Putin covid tests and vaccines for his personal use, that’s treason. He talked with Putin many times some when he wasn’t even president so that would also go against the Logan Act. which criminalizes private citizens from trying to achieve diplomatic relations with foreign governments on the part of the US government. so basically you can’t directly talk to another country’s leader and pretend to represent the US because that’s the president’s job. Sedition is the act of talking someone into betraying the US government in attempt to overthrow them. This happened on Jan 6 when Trump ordered his mob to attack the capital saying stuff like “fight like hell“. Jan 6 could also be counted as the separate crime of insurrection. The 14th amendment section 3 of the constitution states: “No person shall be a senator or representative in Congress, or an elector of president and vice president, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who have previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislator, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection war rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort” Trump committed espionage too, since he stole classified documents, kept them even after his presidency, refused to give them back, hid hundreds of them and even sold some to the US’s enemies like Russia. These crimes are literally the definition of a traitor “A person who betrays a friend, country, principal, etc.” He’s not been convicted of these crimes because he has too many puppets in the US “justice“ system.
