Youth and Seniors

I would love to see #MiltonOn offer free transit for Youth and Seniors. If #OakvilleOn can do it, so can Milton. I am surprised how many youth (incl my own kids.. sigh) don't take the bus. Free fares for Youth and Seniors could help.
