Version 1.3.1 of obsidian-logging is now out. It implements a modification to how timestamps are handled. Timestamps are now stored with seconds resolution in order to make it simpler to handle multi-line logs.

I modified the license for obsidian-logging. It is now using a custom license, which is a combination of MIT and SMPPL-OpenSource. In order for you to stay compliant, you need to send me a postcard. Details in the license.

Just came up with a neat 'trick' for #obsidianlogging when using the kitty terminal emulator (really recommended!). Create key mapping in ~/.config/kitty/kitty.conf :
map kitty_mod+q new_window obsidian-logging @selection
Obsidian-logging passed 4000 downloads on crates.io yesterday. That's in addition to clones and downloads from GitHub. I know most of these are from bots but even if just 1% are from real people using the program, I'll count this as a success.

Just published v1.0.14 of obsidian-logging. obsidian-logging is an app that logs journal statements to your obsidian journal directly from the command line. Obsidian does not even need to be running.

I'm on a roll with #ObsidianLogging tonight, so version 1.0.10 is out. Column heading labels in table mode is now configurable in obsidian-logging.yaml.
It is now also possible to invoke -e and -b together, to edit previous days logs.
