#OgmoreCastle and #SteppingStones risk getting wet when river low but no chance when the river is up. Tidal as well, so this area can flood well. But rocks in river, rocks in castle.

The ruins of a Norman Castle. This is a modern walkway across the moat. At the far side is the arch remains of the gatehouse and on the left is the remains of part of the castle wall. The right of the footway the walls are mostly gone.

Since I've moved to Wales was to be riding at #OgmoreCastle BUT plans changed as our very feisty 102 year old Nanny passed yesterday afternoon napping in her chair, so I'll be making moussaka & taking it to Aunt Angela's...plans slightly shifted but still not watching "IT". Nan hated that thing!
