A pair of white bunnies are playing in an outdoor space that their school made all for them and their friends. They're hopping on stepping stones put in a dirt path for them, and they also got a little playhouse with the entry way signed with pawprints by their friends, as well as a potted flower and a heart stepping stone in front of it, and they also got a toy wheelbarrow with some dirt in it they had been playing with earlier. This was drawn in oil pastels in a sketchbook and photographed through a Lumix GF2 with a Vivitar Series 1 19-35mm f3.5-4.5 FD-mount zoom lens mounted to it.

I bought a cheap pack of brightly coloured #oilpastels two days ago and just had my first go with them. At first I thought they were like kids' wax crayons, and there was nothing much I could do with them, but then as I let myself play this mini #landscape (4x6cm) emerged. I rather like it!

First go at using mineral spirits to hybridize oil pastels as both a drawing and painting medium! If you get the pastels wet in the solvent they basically turn into liquid markers.
