Sadly, her parents' lack of trust and support is expected, but it doesn't make it any easier to witness. I love that she puts herself first instead of considering their crazy notions. I love how she acquires Conan. Even better is her convincing Reaper to let her have him. I love that his biggest concern is her safety and how the dog makes her feel. It's sweet. 🫠🥰 In other news, not only does she literally clean house, but I love how Ava plays a part in the other cleaning of the house. Sayonara, bitches! I read along the audio book.
