I imagine him as a speedy, but low damage dealing Duelist who fires off construct fangs with altered venom inside. The venom could cause all kinds of effects, blurring the opponents screen, slowing them down, causing chip damage, or reducing any regeneration effects they have. He could be played like sneaky ninja, slipping behind enemy lines and weakening their defences so the other Lanterns can overtake them. He could also have a fire-breath ability as a smoke screen to escape pursuers when cornered. He could literally duel with his sharp tail. Any constructs would be used to distill and deliver his venom.
